• Test Development and Maintenance Service - Cicada can work with you during the development process and build automated test scripts. Reports are provided to help developers quickly identify potential problems early in the development process, hence reducing the cost of correcting these errors. Automated test scripts that are developed specifically for the customer can continue to be used throughout the application’s lifecycle.
  
• Non-Functional Test Execution and Reporting -Mission-critical applications require non-functional tests to ensure that they meet their technical performance targets such as throughput, latency and availability. Cicada's team of IT professionals are highly experienced in this particular aspect of testing. As part of this service, comprehensive reports are generated to identify areas of deficiency in client applications.
  
• Hosting - With this optional service, test beds at Cicada’s testing facility are used, which alleviates the client’s need to build and maintain testing environments.
